David’s place is in a beautiful location. Close enough to town that you have access to shops and restaurants but far away enough that you can enjoy a beautiful view and a peaceful quiet stay. The place is clean and comfortable. We would come back.

I had an amazing stay here! The place is beautiful, quiet, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly friendly, super responsive, and always ready to help. Whenever I had a question, they replied almost instantly. A huge thank you for being pet-friendly—it’s so hard to find a place that welcomes cats, and mine was so calm and relaxed during the stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back again soon. Highly recommended!

The view of Mt Sopris was spectacular! It was quiet and dark, which is our preference for a good night sleep. David was very responsive when I had questions about shifting dates. It is in a little compound with multiple units, but we had privacy and quiet, so all good. It was great for a one night stay.

David was a great host. He was quick to respond to a last minute edit of the reservation. He also provided clear and thorough instructions on how to get there and for the check out process. The place was spotless and such a great find!

Had a great time at this lovely place! Spacious living room and living quarters. David was very responsive and helpful throughout our short stay. Glenwood Springs is a great area — I recommend the Glenwood Adventure Center and the Ironwood Hot Springs Stairs could be formidable if wet / icy. Driveway does snake a bit down.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place! His communication prior to, and during our stay was fantastic. He was very responsive and his instructions for check in and out were crystal clear. Our small dog loved the space and the three of us felt right at home. The space is exactly as advertised and was very clean upon our arrival. It is within close driving distance to many attractions and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a lovely stay at David's place. it is in a quiet part of town but close to great restaurants and fun attractions. The beds were comfortable and the places had everything we needed. David gave super clear info which took the stress out of finding the place, check in and check out.

David's space was literally awesome, anchored by the spectacular view of Mt. Sopris. The space was utilitarian and functional-- the kitchen had all you need, the beds were comfortable with excellent bedlinens, and the steam shower was way better than access to a hot tub. More importantly to us, David set a tone of casual ease, trust and access within his space that is a rarity these days. In doing so, it naturally led us to not only feel relaxed and "at home", but to feel like we were the space's stewards for our time there. The house and property have some good energy. And for anyone second guessing whether or not to stay because of other dwellings on the property-- don't hesitate staying here. We almost never stay at a place like this (with other dwellings close to the house), but it all melts away here. We never heard anyone despite cars parked at the cabins and treehouse and in an odd way found comfort knowing other people were getting to experience the property as we were.

Loved my stay here! Just far enough out of town to feel peaceful and just close enough for connivence. Loved the space! The views from the property are gorgeous. I stayed here for 3 days and didn’t want to leave.
