This open-concept, luxurious home has something for everyone and can sleep up to 6. The main-floor master bedroom boasts 4 person steam sauna, ensuite bathroom, and deck access. Also in the home is a spacious kitchen, office, living room, dining room, and large deck areas. High West House is only mins from Highway 82, but at the end of a road on the edge of the valley the beauty and serenity of nature envelopes this luxury home. Centrally located in the Roaring Fork Valley: 40 mins to Aspen, 10 minutes to Whole Foods and plenty of shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Carbondale and 30 minutes to the Glenwood Hot Springs make High West House the perfect spot to explore the Aspen Valley. PLEASE NOTE:  - There are two homes on this property in close proximity to each other. Other guest can will be present on the property. There is rarely any interaction between other guests but we do like guests to be aware of this!  - The 3rd bedroom is also the office workspace - This is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the home. Smoking and vaping is permitted outside.

David's space was literally awesome, anchored by the spectacular view of Mt. Sopris. The space was utilitarian and functional-- the kitchen had all you need, the beds were comfortable with excellent bedlinens, and the steam shower was way better than access to a hot tub. More importantly to us, David set a tone of casual ease, trust and access within his space that is a rarity these days. In doing so, it naturally led us to not only feel relaxed and "at home", but to feel like we were the space's stewards for our time there. The house and property have some good energy. And for anyone second guessing whether or not to stay because of other dwellings on the property-- don't hesitate staying here. We almost never stay at a place like this (with other dwellings close to the house), but it all melts away here. We never heard anyone despite cars parked at the cabins and treehouse and in an odd way found comfort knowing other people were getting to experience the property as we were.

This is the most beautiful home I have ever rented for vacation. It’s was my birthday weekend. And The view is breathtaking taking. And even waking up looking right out the bed to the sun shinning right on the mountains. Wouldn’t want to wake up any other way. David was very helpful ,nice and was responsive at ANY given time we reached out. No matter if it was late at night or Early in the morning. As well as his co-host. I recommend the Airbnb! 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay at the High West House. It was worth every penny. The pictures did the house no justice and the view of Mt. Sopris was breathtaking. The host, David was proactive, responsive and left clear instructions for us. I would definitely rebook whenever I return to Aspen.
