The Roaring Fork Suite is a thoughtfully restored historic retreat in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs, designed for comfort, relaxation, and mountain adventure. Spend the day exploring downtown before returning to a peaceful space quiet individual room climate control, premium HEPA air purification, and blackout bedroom shades. As part of High West Spa House, guests also enjoy shared access to the High West Spa, featuring a Finnish sauna, cold plunge, and recovery lounge.

Please Note: The High West Spa is scheduled to open in mid- to late July. To reflect the limited amenity access during this period, all stays throughout the month of July have been discounted. Please also note that blackout bedroom curtains will not yet be installed during July. These features are scheduled to be completed alongside the spa opening. Other Details to Note

High West Spa House is divided into three private guest suites. While each suite is completely private with its own entrance, the spa area is shared among guests staying in the other suites. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Guests ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the spa area. Children under 16 and pets are not permitted in the spa. We strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone and appreciate your cooperation. Please note: You must sign the spa use agreement before we send your check-in instructions and door code. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes after signing for the code to activate on the smart lock. We strongly advise signing as soon as possible for reservations made within a few days of check-in to avoid delays during check-in.
